Geoffrey Paschel files new appeal after post-conviction petition dismissed
Geoffrey Paschel, serving an 18-year prison sentence at Trousdale Turner Correctional Center for aggravated kidnapping and domestic assault, filed a new Notice of Appeal on April 9, 2025 after the Knox County Criminal Court dismissed his Petition for Post-Conviction Relief. His previous appeals were denied in September 2023 and the Tennessee Supreme Court also declined to hear the case.
