Kirlyam and Alan Cox marked their 11th wedding anniversary in September 2024, remaining one of the rare long-term success stories from the 90 Day Fiancé franchise. The couple relocated from Los Angeles to North Carolina where they are raising their two sons, Liam and Enzo. In 2025 they traveled to Brazil so Kirlyam could reconnect with her grandmother.
