Mike Eloshway's appeal to vacate 10-year child pornography sentence denied by federal court
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit denied Michael Eloshway's petition to overturn his 121-month prison sentence for receiving, distributing, and possessing child sexual abuse material. Eloshway argued his attorney failed to ask the right questions and the judge abused sentencing discretion. He is currently incarcerated at a low-security federal prison in Ohio and must register as a sex offender upon release.
